Grant Application Process

The Whitman High School Education Foundation reviews grant requests submitted by Whitman staff, teachers, and students.
 
Please read the FUNDING GUIDELINES prior to submitting your request. Faculty must discuss their request with their resource teacher and/or the administration team before submitting an application.

Grant Application Deadlines, 2024-2025

The WHSEF board meets monthly to review grant requests. Applications must be received no later than one week prior to the scheduled board meeting in order to be considered for funding at the next monthly meeting.

  • September 24, 2024 (Oct. 1 meeting)
  • October 22, 2024 (Oct. 29 meeting)
  • November 26, 2024 (Dec. 3 meeting)
  • December 31, 2024 (Jan. 7 meeting)
  • January 28, 2025 (Feb. 4 meeting)
  • February 25, 2025 (March 4 meeting)
  • March 25, 2025 (April 1 meeting)
  • April 29, 2025 (May 6 meeting)
  • May 27, 2024 (June 3 meeting)
